We have several jobs requiring work. This is the most important one. 2/3rds of back stairs needs renovating. It needs new kwila treads. Including for the intermediate platform. I have a design to re-instate the top one. Some of the grooves need checking/repairing. Possibly a new balustrade frame? So who is up for the challenge?
