Balmoral Weatherboard Repairs

House exterior is being painted and turning up patches of rotten boards to be replaced. A small handful of areas, the largest of which is a patch of tongue and groove soffits and the adjacent fascia board. Perhaps some of the framing underneath also. Then a few weatherboards and another soffit board, part of a corner box. Preferably in the next two weeks while a scaffold tower will be there. Probably a day’s work if one had the materials with them.
