Post Repair for outside handrail

We have a wooden handrail attached to concrete stairs outside our front door. Two wooden posts that support the handrails have rotted and require replacing. This will involve attaching the posts back to the concrete with new bolts.

Mike completed the job as asked. However, I was disappointed with the quality of workmanship which I rated as adequate. I chose this tradesman based upon past references but the high quality of previous jobs didn't seem to match my job. I would have preferred more attention to detail as I had to point out some basic mistakes which were corrected. I won't be using this trades person again.

"Ya can.t win em all. Can.t please some people. Even went back on a weekend to apply some Morter Plaster which wasn.t even part of the deal. He was happy when I left. Then had to wait a while for payment"
