The current deck is wooden floored on a steel structure and sits one floor off the ground. Its approximately 5 metres deep and 10 metres wide. The steel and decking is in poor condition and needs to be completely removed, new steel ordered and a new structure put in place and then prepared for decking timber to be laid.
