Our 1930’s bungalow needs some love.

We have two small jobs that require a builders expertise. The first job is to replace a number of weatherboard that have broken or become rotten over time. - approximately 12 boards across two patches which are no more than 50mm long - approximately 6-8 boards in one patch which is around 1000mm long - approximately 6 individual boards across the rest of the house which vary in length from 200mm to 2000mm The second job is to install a set of pull-down stairs into our ceiling so we can access the roof cavity. There is a rough hole cut currently but it would require framing to be built to support the stairs, installation of the stairs and moving some internal ducting to ensure easy of access. We have some materials already and are happy to source anything else if needed.
