Deck Repair

The deck has been framed using the boundary joist as a bearer on the outside edge and nailed directly to the house. It has one bearer in the centre which is supported on one end off the old concrete steps. It could use some reinforcement in the way of joist hangers either end of joists, some bracing and possible a couple of new piles. The deck is about about 6m x 3.5m (20m2). Some of the decking boards may need repair also.
