We are painting an old villa and have discovered rot in some boards around the deck

My experience with these guys was poor. The workmanship was terribleshowing a lack of care and attention to detail. There were nails left protruding, boards cut unevenly and then gap filled used, one new board on some steps was clearly crooked. They came back to remedy the work which was reasonable but not what I would call a quality job. Very disappointing. When the time came to discuss the invoice I felt threatened into paying an amount I was unhappy with just to move on. Horrible.
