Repair and maintenance including electrical work

We need a number of small maintenance/repair jobs to be completed around the house as follows: 1) Replace celing Gib in bathroom and repaint. 2) Repair damaged wall which has a powerpoint 3) Fix/replace water damaged lid on laundry chute 4) Fix /replace water damaged kitchen cabinet panel. 5) fix some kitchen cabinet drawers and replace hinges. 6) replace broken sensor light outside house 7) replace light switch in kitchen Will be better if someone can visit and look at the scope of work and give a quote.
