Rotten Cedar windows

I have a Cedar conservatory with leaking in two window corners. The wood has rotted through, even after silicone has been applied. It now requires a fresh piece of wood to be inserted both sides. They are right at the corner of the windows. There is also one more piece of timber that has rotted through, that is not butting up to a window. It is 3 stories up and I am getting scaffolding for painting it, so want someone who can be flexible and fit it in with the painter, ie you combine this into your other work, as I appreciate it is not a huge job, so we can work around you.
