replace frame + plasterboard

Hi, We have 2 bedroom windows and a bathroom window that needs replacing with a new, wooden, double glazed windows. The flashings need replacing. I have removed most of the plasterboard. Because the window(s) leak the framing has rotten in places, as in photos. We can put the insulation in ourselves but need help with installing new plasterboard. There is also a wall to be filled in between the kitchen and the living room.
