Modify our timber dining table

We purchased a dining table that requires a furniture maker to adjust the framing of the table slightly to allow for the chair to be pushed all the way in under the table. The table currently has a framing running across the table which sits about 90mm under the table top. In order to fit the chairs we need to cut back this timber frame down to 40mm or so. We are looking for someone that can do this cabinet modification ASAP
