Fix window stays and outdoor furniture covers

1) We have two window latches that have fallen off and need replacing. 2) We have outdoor furniture which is coming apart and we want a layer of wood to cover 4 single seats 2 double seats and 2 tables. We want these jobs to be done urgently due to safety of our house.
