Prime Rd flats

This job compromises of two flats which are situated under a large villa. There are numerous carpentry jobs within both flats - such as a replacing a front door with a new one, rejibbing a rotten laundry wall and replacing the old rotting cupboard alongside, fitting two new showers units and replacing rotting wood around the shower fittings, and replacing a letterbox and window latches. A couple of bits of exterior weatherboard also to fix up. You will need to see this job to quote on it - but we will limit the quotes to 2 or 3 max. You will need to be respectful as working around existing tenants. Looking for a quality job. The job is easy access in Grey Lynn. No photos sorry becuase it's lots of bits and bobs and you'll really probably need to see it all to quote fairly. Thanks.

Jackson was a positive, thorough and professional tradesman to have around the house - he organised all the aspects just as he promised to, and was a friendly and reliable communicator. He arranged the required subcontractors (plumber/tiler) and that went according to plan. The work is well-finished, tidy and as expected. We were happy with what was going on, so extended the work to include replacing some rotting weatherboards. Really happy to recommend Jackson and his team mate.
