Ballustrade repairs plus retaining wall finishing touhes

We have had a wooden retaining wall built. It is 95% finished, it just need a final couple of touches. We have a villa which has some balustrades and railings which need repairing/replacing. We have a rotten floorboard in the bathroom also which may be a bigger job for another date.
