Old deck

There is an elevated deck above the carport. The size of the deck is about 6M by 5M. Below the decking boards is a metal sheet (similar to long roof runners) that drains the rain water off the deck. The metal sheets appear to have rusted and the rain water drains into the carport. The timber joists on which the deck sits may also need to be looked at for possible damage. The job entails making the carport watertight and replacing damaged timber and metal sheets
