Im looking for a licensed builder with liability insurance. I have borer ridden timber in my roof space.I want to replace as much timber as possible without risking damaging other components. There’s 5 roof struts, 1 thick beam and a 2m ceiling joist which all appear to be load bearing. Plus 6 cross ties are also borer ridden.The house has a concrete tile roof. Im also after advice on developing the attic space.
