I need 5 borer ridden roof struts, 6 cross beams and a supporting roof beam to be replaced in 1940s ex state house. Theres also a 2m ceiling joist to be replaced.The house has a concrete tile roof. The main rafters are relatively borer free. Also seeing if those cross beams can be better placed to utilize the large attic space. I am also interested in feasible options for developing the attic
