Handrail replacement

We would like assistance with a small job to remove what was meant to be a temporary handrail, repair holes from that handrail including any paint touch ups required, and instal a proper hand rail. The replacement hand rail will be round painted wood with metal handrail brackets. We would like a professional and polished finish. Job would suit builder or experienced home handyman.
