New external timber steps for a unit in Avondale

The external timber steps to the front door of a rental property need to be replaced, as they've gone soft with rot over time. We'd like to replace the whole thing (stringers, tread, hand rail, etc) as the stringers are soft too so it's beyond repair. The job is a smaller job - size of current steps is 3 x treads and a small landing to a door about 0.5 m above the ground. Sorry no precise dimensions as I'm not able to get on site easily.
