Ellerslie Fence and Repairs

Our property in Auckland is in need of various repairs - some urgent, others in the form of deferred maintenance. The house is a hybrid of old and more recent extensions with some parts being a little over 100 years old and other parts being 30 or so years old. The jobs include: - repairing damage to the side fence, caused by the recent storm, and generally repairing the overall look and strength of that fence - strengthening a corrugated iron fence on the other side of the property - fixing an inside window which has come away from the frame - refitting a couple of windows which no longer fit their frames - fixing an inside kitchen cupboard - repairing rotten beams (and panels) on the downstairs deck fence - straightening the finial on the roof of the house - fixing the metal insert on the side fence (may require welding) (note: this job has been reposted as the original posting was disrupted by a health issue)
