This is the rear wooden stair case and deck to the rear upstairs flat that I believe are soon to become a safety issue. I have had them temporarily braced but a quote is required to replace the stairs & deck & handrail. Can you please provide me with a quote , best to call the tenant first as access can be tricky due to a garage full of items etc.
