Springy floor boards near the front door, possibly needs a new joist underneath. Also, hinges on the front door keep coming loose, screws have been tightened too many times. I think door needs to come off, screw holes filled or doorframe rebuilt, and door re-hung.

Sam was prompt, speedy in his work, and trustworthy. We had to ask him to re-detail one aspect of his work on the doorstep, but he did this willingly. Nice guy to work with.
