Kitchen floor replacement

Kitchen floor is spongy. It has those fake wooden floorboards laid over the spongy floor (which I assume is bikky board?). My previous handyman viewed it and said it would be 1-2 days work but he doesn't have time. Needs to be done between 1 and 7 April (in between tenants)

Ray was great. A job that could have been huge (replacing whole kitchen floor) became a very simple small job of just securing the top floor boards in less than an hour, since Ray ascertained that the actual floor underneath was not rotten at all. Great that he found and recommended the simple option ;0) Nice to deal with too ;0)
