An unnoticed hole in the outside weatherboarding of my townhouse has let rain leak in over the years. This has caused a joist and wooden pile/stud to rot, as well as part of the floorboarding. This has made the floor drop slightly in the area by the deck door. I need a joist and studs replaced, probably some new floorbarding and the floor made level and even again. Will also require some minor exterior recladding too, in the damaged area to make it watertight and smart again. Can you make my home good again?

Jeff and Ashley did a great and a professional job for me. Original job was to repair and renovate a leaky wall, which had rotted the floor and joists. They were able to start the job quickly for me. This was all done within budget and to an excellent standard, and within the timeframe. They also undertook some additional work for me, putting up a new roof on the deck, some gibing, and a deck extension. I'm very pleased with the results of all the work comleted and would certainly use them again
