Fence Repair +

Needing a quote for general maintenance, e.g. repair & tidy existing fence (loose palings) & ? replace some sleepers to small retaining wall + secure x3 poles for shade sail to be hung, secure side house downpipe with brackets ?x2, (quite high close to roof) & remove small side trellis gate Both the fence & retaining wall would need to be a separate quote please, as cost is shared with neighbours.
