Deck repair / replace

I need a quote to present to my owners to repair/replace the damaged section of decking outside the Kitchen door (the tenants put something hot in the bin and it melted) and there is one rotten board that has broken further down. I also need a separate quote for replacing the entire deck on this side of the house but not around the back (you will need to be clear on your quote what you are covering off).
