Small patch - carpet and floorboards 2

Approx 1 metre square of carpet in front door hallway is lightly damp. Possibly mouldy underlay or rotten floorboard. A non-invasive moisture test showed no signs of leaking from walls, bathroom or front door. I would like a builder to lift carpet to dry and if needed change underlay, or replace floorboards. 3rd and top level in an apartment building. would also like a quote to replace some rotten wood at the bottom corner of a door jamb - interior of the sliding doors onto the balcony.
