Job 1- hand rail 182cm / 8cm on balcony needs to be replaced. Job 2- small section of decorative boarder on a French Door needs to be replaced. Job 3- Trap door to under the house needs repair

The workmanship and cost was fine. The time estimated to complete the work was 13 days. It took over 3 months. There was some poor weather and a small amount of additional work. I did not have to pay for the additional work as compensation and a lack of consultation over design changes was remedied. The price did not go over the estimate.
