Line Outdoor block wall with Decking Timber

We have a concrete block wall that's 4.4 Wide x 2.7 High that we would like to cover with Wide Plank Timber Decking. the decking would also cover the trellis as you can see it from the pictures and it would go all about 300mm past the block wall as per the attached picture. There is already a post there which stops half way. The post would also require strengthening. As you can see from the pictures the trellis is a bit narrower than the block wall therefore you need to allow to build the frame out so it plumb. Please note the wall is straight and you would not have to build any corners, etc... I can supply the decking only but you would have to supply the framing timber and any other materials and fixings, glues required. Work required to be done ASAP
