We require a builder to remove weather boards up to floor level and dismantle part of two decks then reinstate the weather boards and deck after repiling, ( repiling by Shane Harvey Auckland house levellers) We also require 4 x inbuilt wardrobes. The property is located in Kingsland Auckland. The job can be started immediately the external dismantle has to be done by the 9th of January as repiling starts then.
