Deck Re-Stain

I have a pine low deck 7m x 4.5m out the back yard of my Apartment which was stained with Cabots stain about 3 months after it was built 2.5 years ago and has had two more coats annually since...Over this winter it went all cloudy and looks as though it is dirty....scrubbing it didn't make it any better...It needs preparing and re-staining professionally so that it doesn't go cloudy again. I will provide the stain. (Photo shows it when I originally stained it..To see it now it would be better for you to come and look)..I would like it done asap but before Christmas please.
