The agreed work was misunderstood - my idea was not what the contractor had in mind. It was not made clear by the contractor nor did he absolutely seek what I wanted and that he was completing as I wanted. The work done Day 1 was clearly of poor quality. By Day 3, i realised Falesii had his own agenda. The top railing was NOT what I thought we'd agree on nor I wanted. I asked him to stop work immediately and cease the job. Workmanship is extremely poor. This whole event is MOST disappointing.

"We did what we quoted absolutely . I stopped the work not the tenant till things cleared . Tenant apologised of her reactions the evening of 2nd day at work For workmanship , we never finish the work . It was the 2nd day of work .Note ,Tenant try to negotiate for much much lesser price after agreement was reached a day ago . Up to now she never pay our invoice 15/2/17 of part work we did today is 18/5/17. "
