Rebuild exterior

We have a 50's council terrace house with 90's developer addition. Timber is untreated and rotten and cement board cladding is brittle. We require a price to rebuild the exterior wall as per photo and clad in exterior ply. Painting optional. Please note the wall is clad on both sides. Site visit recommended and discussion with owner essential to ensure full scope of work is agreed.
