Villa renovation

Have just bought an old villa in 3 flats. History of deferred maintenance! Need to demolish, re-line etc. initially 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and a laundry and replace/fix some windows etc. before getting new tenants. I'll be living in the 3rd flat which will be done after the others. Then lots of exterior work - replacing timber, fixing sills etc. Am experienced with renovations/restorations and already have a building report for required maintenance - hence a long list. Want to do the initial work quickly so happy to have lots of help for a short time across the house as there are plenty of places to work. So could be sole trader, someone temporarily between jobs or waiting for one to start, or could suit larger company with some temporary capacity. Won't need to be LBP but must do work to the building code. I’m having some time off work initially to manage buying etc. and act as a general dogsbody, so must be available to start on Monday, 3 October 2016 or soon after. It's a beautiful villa - will be a rewarding project.
