Replace back door step with fresh kwila or similar non-slip decking. Replace soffit. Build 6m long narrow raised bed along west end of house. Build steps up to the deck Replace window box roof with Karaka Green colour steel - we have one sheet of this.. Investigate cause of mould under window box inside the house and make necessary repairs to window box.
