Stone pillar seeks new letterbox

We have a stone wall out the front of our property that has a letterbox built in the end pillar. There is a newspaper slot which is fine (lined, etc) but the actual letterbox has died. There is a cavity in the stone for it, but it needs some sort of lining and ideally a lid/door which we can padlock. This was done previously (just a home repair) and it hasn't stood up to the weather. I know this is a small job; it's not particularly urgent but there will be someone home over the next two weeks (school holidays) so that might be convenient.
