Wooden Bed Frame Wanted

Would like a bed frame built, solid wood, with headboard, low to the ground, sold flat base with no slats. Similar to the pictures, to fit a king or queen (recommendations welcome, this will need to fit a room 4m x 3m, and not be 'in the way' or be front to knee knocking on the sides), with a generous 'shelf' surrounding the bed. I thought I could make this myself, it seems simple enough, but what am I kidding! Would like this to be a solid base (solid like picture 1), possibly reclaimed (like picture 2) if you have access to this.
