Carpentry on heritage house

I need some general jobs following some redecoration and minor building work I've had done (original builders now gone to the Block!). A couple of different visits would be needed to: 1) attach some skirting (originally removed for floors to be replaced) and other mouldings needing to be replaced 2) general post painting jobs like reattaching toilet roll holders/towel rails/fan vents etc. Reasonably smallish jobs but it is a heritage house so they need to be done very well. I would want to talk direct to the person doing the job, not interested in going through all the detail with a manager who I never see again.
