Replacement Deck 2

My deck needs replacing - rotting boards. It's under 1m, flat, with two simple sets of stairs. It's about 2.5m x 5.0m. I'd like a quote (after inspection) and I'd prefer if the job could be done June 4 - June 10th. I've re-posted this job after receiving a very high quote from another contractor. This is what he proposed for a premium job: Remove and dispose of existing decking and steps Clad joists with new timber (existing joist top surface rotten) 2 x new steps same style as before Install new decking 140 x 19mm Kwila fixed using specialist stainless steel deck screws Smooth side up.
