Rental property maintenace. Located walking distance to Ellerslie shops. Gate top hinge faulty so gate can't shut properly. New paint to garage wall where gate scrapped it off. Letterbox wooden door fallen off. Decking Timber to be removed and replaced approx 12m2. Sealant around bath tub to be removed and replaced. One tree trimmed. One cabbage tree trimmed. Metal gutter approx 5m long to be removed and replaced.
