The builder who started our job is unable to complete it. The weatherboards on one wall of my villa need to be replaced, from halfway up to the eaves. A restored kitchen window needs to be fitted.

I am happy to recommend The Positive Property Company. They have done a very tidy job on exterior repairs on my property and managed to get the work including painting done in spite of bad weather. They were always very pleasant and easy to deal with, and went out of their way to complete additional requests from me in a professional and timely manner. The final cost was according to the initial quote.
