The deck at this rental property is getting old and nails are starting to pop out and boards rotten. Stairs up to deck were replaced about 4 years ago. The deck is not at ground level, we can park a car underneath it. I need advice on what to do as tenants have been complaining about the nails and rotten boards and whether the deck is safe.
