Deck restoration job

Hi. The top of my deck needs replacing. I think the substructure looks ok so hopefully it is only the top of the deck that needs replacing. The deck is 5175 by 1745 plus 4140 by 5140. The stairs going down to the lawn also need replacing. I would also like to get a quote for making the stairs wider. And I would like a seat built into part of the deck. The seat would be 4140 long. I would also like a quote to replace the wooden screen on the left in the picture that is on the deck. It is an orange colour and is poor condition. There are also some weatherboards on the house next to the deck that need replacing. You can see them in the photo around the door. I am happy for these to be done as a separate job if you would rather only do the deck. Thanks Alan
