My 2 storey unit has no ceiling manhole at all. I need a ceiling access manhole created, and a good quality fitted cover made. I would also like the builder/carpenter to tell me what insulation is in the ceiling, if any and if they see any damp areas in the ceiling cavity? The job must be carried out on the Tuesday after Easter - Tuesday 29 March, please. Quotes by arrangement, thank you.
