Immediate start Carpentry Maintenance

Iimmediate start. Essential maintenance to get house ready for renters. Wooden boxing around a shower frame needs replacing and tidying up. In the garden, I'd like some edging put around a section in the garden ready for grass to go down and a raised flower bed built along a new fence line. I have some deck balustrade that needs fastening to ensure it's safe and also part of the decking pulled up to investigate slight water ingress. There is also a internal door that needs coving put around it. I'd really like to get these jobs done asap, so if you're looking for immediate work, please let me know. Many Thanks
