Kitchen floor flooding repairs

Recently flooded my kitchen floor with hot water. Wooden laminate panels have lifted but only in a particular section. Total floor space with wooden panelling is approximately 4sqm and adjoins carpet. See photos. Unsure if they can be replaced or if the entire area needs fixing. Working on behalf of my landlords (I've been with them for 8 years). I work at a hospital until 4pm Monday-Friday but have every alternate Friday off.
