Subfloor and framing repair

We have purchased a 1950's house that has extensive bora issues that has compromised the bearers on two sides of the house. These need to be replaced. A number of the joists have been affected and these need to be repaired(Possibly by fixing another joist to it and replacing the sections on the joists that have been compromised.) There are two joist on the external walls that will need to be replaced. I am looking for LBP Carpenter who has experience in this type of work. I have some building experience and I will be helping the builder. I am looking for a quick start and a fair price.
