3.75m x 6m deck service / restoration

This is a re-post. I had planned to arrange this before Christmas, however, I ran out of time. I am now ready to focus on this project. Our 3.75 meter x 6 meter deck is looking a bit tired and needs a re-seal / servicing (see attached pictures). As you can see, the deck is in generally good condition, however, some of the decking boards have warped - leaving a slightly uneven deck surface. Half of the decking boards (nearest to the house) are ok. However, as you can see in the pictures, the 3m portion of the deck (closest to the garden) is made up of multiple pieces of decking board for each row and these are in average condition and are starting to crack. They need to be replaced. One of the cross beams is beginning to rot so I think it will need replacing (it probably makes sense to replace the other 7 cross beams at the same time before they rot too). I would like someone to help me work on this project to: - replace warped / rotten deck boards (29 boards - approx 365cm long) - replace cross beams for half of deck. - I would also like to extend the trellis by half a meter so that there isn't a drop by the steps. - clean & re-seal deck.

I picked Glenn because: - his initial quote was comparable with others - he allowed me to work with him on the project (showed me some hints / tips whilst working together) - listened carefully to my initial brief. He talked it through with me to make sure he understood my needs) - stuck to deadlines
