Deck railing repair

Needing a 3x4m deck repaired, damaged by a car driving onto it. The existing deck base seems structurally sound but the railing is totalled. Most piles out of the ground are damaged from the floor up so they will need re-extending to accommodate new railings. Deck is only 900mm at the highest point so no consent is involved. Would like job started by the end of this month. Looking to spend under $2000.
