I need two decks built. One is approximately 6m x 5m on top of concrete pad. It has a 2.0 x 2.0m corner bite out of the area for a raised garden. There is very little room for joists on this side. The other is the entrance to our front door, 5.0m long x 2.0 m wide, again over an existing concrete pad. It will need one or two steps at the street end, but otherwise is very straight forward. Both are to be completed in Vitex as our other deck is already done in this timber. Decking to be run in the same direction as the existing deck. Please only bid if you know you can knock these out before Christmas. I know, laugh out loud if you want!
